Suspicious?

I saw an asian couple in Tesco at a round 2am also, they had cleared the shelves of part baked baguettes. I immediately reported them to the police.

ive seen a woman buy a trolley full of barm cakes, she cleared out the isle, she had a kid pusing a 2nd trolley full of cooking oil. must have been every bottle on the shelf.

- Owns a corner shop and is planning on selling it on
- Is planning on brewing some wine / beer or similar

He could just be baking large quantities.

There are so many possibilities, and yet you assume something nefarious is going off? If he had been white, would you have found it "suspicious" or just "a little odd"?

You mean the parody one that YOU created?! :p

No I meant why delete the parody one and keep the frankly ridiculous one?

I'm not claiming to humour everybody but we have a Christmas cracker joke around here. Another thread by a mod himself about people losing their sense of humour has a somewhat ironic feel to it ... :p

Was it on offer? He might have a corner shop that hes selling it in..

I'd probably go with this option.

I see this all the time, as there are numerous Turkish/Greek/Pakistani shops along where I live. If there is an offer on, say in my local Morrisons, I've seen shop owners buying trolley worth's of the items on special offer.

For example, they had an offer the other week of buy one get one free on Princes Tuna 4 packs. I go into one of the shops across the road from me and it's got so many cans of the tuna that they are all over the floor. However, they are selling them at the same price as Morrisons, however only for one 4 pack.
