There's a new don in town...

This is probably a good time to ask, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't know. But what is the significance of:

Don (non-staff mod?)
Underboos (OcUK staff?)
Comissario (???)
Man of Honor [year] (???)

I guess I haven't watched enough Godfather films to work it out :p

First thing to remember is that the forums aren't necessarily considered part of the shop, although they are strongly affiliated and paid for by the shop's owner, hence the rules.

As such, none of the above are actual OcUK staff or paid to do what they do, although some moderators are OcUK staff.

As a guideline the above are as follows:

Underboss = Snitch/Mod's bitch (no real moderator powers AFAIA, just a step above normal membership)
Don = Moderator
Comissario = Administrator
Godfather = Owner

Man of Honour = Honourary title given on a yearly basis to a small group of members based on contribution/popularity on the boards. Awarded by the admins/owner.

Also, congrats 5UB. Don't recall you being a UB recently, am I losing the plot?

I'm pretty sure an Underboss is able to delete their own posts by the way, it comes in handy but isn't quite as fun as editing other people's :p

I was undercover, and have been in the customer services section for some time. ;)

Everyone here can delete their own posts, just go to edit, and then advance and you can delete your posts there. :)
