How to disable video ads - YouTube/Blip.Tv/Daily Motion etc.

Switched to Chrome months ago and never looked back. IE seems so sluggish now when loading content.

It's a well known fact that Microsoft puts users' safety as the top priority. That is why Internet Explorer was the default browser until EU decided to step in.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA......

I'm sorry, I stopped breathing for a bit. Let me continue...

AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH etc ;)

Thanks, voted Internet Explorer. I suggest you all do the same. Stay safe.

My PC has been infected twice in my life. Once with IE. The second time on FF, but when I clicked a silly link.

Now my opinion may be pointless, but my drunken internet meanderings on FF have never lead to any kind of infection (apart from the above which was my fault).

This is not a general dig at MS though, as I think Win7 and MSE are great. :)

Protip: more IRL pasty smashing, less pr0n.

Are you trolling or series? I can't make it out?

I can't even run Internet Explorer at home so I'm worried I may be unsafe.

Guess what? I don't run anti-virus neither...

Microsoft Security Essentials is all you need. I suggest you use it if you don't want to find yourself in a situation where getting infected is unavoidable, like PapaLazaru did.

Do you update your system regularly?
Yes, I do. I have a legitimate install of XP.
I've been working in IT for 10+ years btw and once held IE in high regard, though not anymore. Things really have moved on.

In your defence, the organisation I work for (and it's a very large global organisation) have Firefox and Chrome on the banned apps list.

That sort of comment was rife in 2004 when it was IE v Firefox. We have Chrome now :p

Hello magick. Have you read that article about Google that suggests their relationship to Reptilians? I wonder how an Internet Search company manages to operate over 40 billion U$ dollars worth of assets.
