Just installed this. Make sure to get it from the extensions gallery though so you get the self updating one with a decent configuration screen.
I happily use Adblock AND IE together, you import AB's rules list into IE's Inprivate Filter (IPF), and run IE with IPF and bye bye ad's.
I've never had any issue with Virus etc on IE (careful user) and unless I see a side by side comparison which shows a huge difference in speed (not milli-sec's), I'll stick to IE.
