I am making a new Gaming system. I dont know how much power it will require.
I used a PSU Calculator and it told me i would require 540W of power.
I looked up the OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W PSU and the 700W was the same price. My question is which one should i purchase, would a 600W be better because of effiency or would the 700W be better for being more futureproof?

System:
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition 3.4GHz 125W
MSI 880GM-E41 880G Socket AM3
Coolermaster Storm Scout Gaming Case
Sapphire HD 5770 1GB GDDR5
OCZ Gold 4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 X2
OcUK Value 300Mbps Wireless-N
Asus Xonar DG 5.1 Surround Sound Card
OCZ ModXStream Pro 700W?

600W would be plenty for that system, u could also get away with a lot less as well.

the 5770's dont really use that much power at all.

600W i think would be your best bet, will give u room to upgrade to a more power hungry GPU if u wanted as well.

u realy dont need 700W unless ur thinking SLI/Crossfire

From reviews seems very solid and good. But id like a second or even third opinion before i decide on a massive part of a system like the PSU.

Sorry, ATI fanboy :L and i suspect you've got something against OCZ?

Not really got anything against OCZ, I'm currently running OCZ Gold RAM in my PC and booting off an OCZ Vertex 2E SSD.

Its just that the Cosair RAM is the same price as the OCZ, supports XMP and is generally regarded as less troublesome than the Golds. For the PSU the antec is clearly the better quality and efficiency PSU for almost the same money.

As for ATI fanboy - i don't really understand what that means. The GTX 460 768MB is the faster card and is in the same price bracket.
