Its so true, jokes get carried on long after they should have died.
The pancake one as well, its not funny now and never has been.

The biggest culprit for "lolfacebook" is doofer, in EVERY thread about Facebook he says that and nothing else

Yet every thread that would contain that now contains "Cool story bro" or simply "thanks for the info", all that changed was people used text instead of a picture.

If it's just one person then I find the ignore list thingy works pretty well...

I think they'd be better off just giving suspensions out much more freely for spam posts, sometimes an OCUK meme is the answer, and a flat rule doesn't take the context of responses into account, it's much better for a good mod to just decide whether a post is spam or not, and wield the ban hammer accordingly.

Ok so how about the multitude of other pointless memes and OT spam in other threads? Are people going to get infractions for those equally dull and boring posts? Or is it just facebook that people feel it is unfair for others to criticise?
