Does anyone think Frankie Boyle's joke about Harvey was funny ?

reason im askin is that Xfactor final is about to start an i need a destraction whilst its on in the background :)

"The furore came after Frankie said that Jordan had married a cage fighter so that she had someone strong enough to stop Harvey from ******g her."

He was more funny before it became blatantly obvious that he just says 99% of his stuff just for shock value.

I thought this might have been discussed lol... cheers,,, I'll try think of something else as its nearly crapfactor time :(

It raised a smile. Although not as much as the comments attributed to KP regards that Frankie wouldn't get away with it if he'd commenting on race/sexuality! Obviously she's never watched a comedy show.

He goes too far sometimes, scratch that most time.

Jokes about down syndrome kids is not funny.

He is disgusting and obsessed with making jokes about rape and paedophilia.

No joke should be out of bounds, who's to say what is and isn't appropriate? If you don't like his stuff, and he's well known for his style, then don't watch him.

or been to one of his shows,, went last week in Glasgow,, the Harvey one was tame compared to some of the stuff lol !

oh, i think i've actually seen that but not knowing who the **** Harvey was or what was wrong with him just made it a "meh"

I thought that his appearances in Mock the Week were amazing and really added to the show, however his own show is way too rude. I like his dark humour but sometimes he takes it too far, I think making it personal like in this case made it very offensive. I've never disliked anything he has said on Mock the Week nor found them remotely rude or offensive.

Why would you now find him offensive that he's made a personal joke about somebody else?
