There's an even better one that i can't post when he asks two audience members if they are a couple to which one says "yes" and the other says "no"

Search for it, its hilarious. Its under **** buddies.

To add something constructive to the thread, I think he's become too crude. I liked him in the early days but in later times on Mock The Week he started to be a bit too over-the-top in terms of trying to shock to be funny. I stopped finding him funny around that point.

Take Hugh Dennis as an example. You hardly ever hear him swear on that show but yet he manages to be just as funny as anyone else. He also rarely ever uses the shock factor.

Hugh Dennis is fantastic on The Now Show, dosen't shine as much on MtW, think it's more the other comedians being more vocal.

Well to be fair, yours had **** in it, and then another word for poo in the text at the end :p

Jimmy Carr is quite brilliant and anyone who can't appreciate that is a **** :D

I seen that one on TV, was just absolute cracking... even the look on JC face was like. WTF lol

I thought that his appearances in Mock the Week were amazing and really added to the show, however his own show is way too rude. I like his dark humour but sometimes he takes it too far, I think making it personal like in this case made it very offensive. I've never disliked anything he has said on Mock the Week nor found them remotely rude or offensive.

me too - on mock the week he was good, but i just don't think his new series is very funny. there is more to comedy than just being offensive and he seems to be more concerned with finding more and more offensive things to say rather than thinking about how to make them funny. don't get me wrong, i like a lot of so called 'offensive comedy' and nothing should be off limits, but only if it can be made funny - offensiveness for offensiveness sake is not good enough - he's trying too hard and it shows.

No. He's an unfunny Scottish ginger.

fixed

i think he is very funny he makes mock the week tbh, however ive not heard the joke in question

Jimmy carr is miles funnier because he's so quick witted.

Stuff like this shows how talented Jimmy Carr is

Improv on the spot comedy that funny takes talent.

jimmy carr is bloody good

Frankie boyle is awesome, but in the words of Bernard Manning, It's only a joke, don't take it personally.

I do like Frankie boyle, but i did find the joke about Harvey to be a bit much. However jordan being the publicity ***** that she is will milk this for as much as possible, she doesnt care what way she gets her name in the media.

Hugh Dennis has moments of brilliance but he hasn't been that great since 1992 on The Mary Whitehouse Exerience and the Terminator sketch. He is still a lot funnier than Andy Parsons who shouts a lot of rubbish jokes.

I like Frankie Boyles non PC style. Tramadole nights isn't too bad. It's not great but a heck of a lot better than that Armstrong and miller garbage.

The little elf thing in epsiode 2 meeting the Scottish kids was good for a laugh.

The kid walking in on her parents cuddling had me in stitches. :D

I used to think Frankie Boyle was quite funny, especially on Mock the Week and what I've seen of his stand up shows when broadcast on TV.

I watched the first episode of Tramidol Nights (or whatever its called) and it was the biggest load of tripe I've seen in a while. I saw a similar opinion from a media critic in a Sunday newspaper.

Yes

and what annoys me even more is that i have bet Jordan has said some far worse things i her time :o. the thick dirty skank.

I find him very hit and miss. Some of his stuff is fantastic, but he seems like he's trying too hard to shock at the moment.

As I said earlier, this is because they didn't get past the lawyers et al!
This is one of the reasons Boyle left MtW..
