Yup, finding that on a few servers lately. Getting sniped/shelled from their spawn - so you fire back (from a distance) only to get slayed/kicked for base raping.

It's at this point I find a new server tbh.
 
I get no fuss from admins, i fired a shot from my tank pretty much half way across the map and killed a group of enemies and no-one blinked an eye, basically someone spotted them and i was adjusting my height and managed to get it perfect. I guess they realise some gamers know how high to aim.

it's not admins doing it it's a mod they apply to their server with retarded settings.

So people can camp their base/way out of it killing whoever they like but if you fire back you get autoslayed.

Some good games tonight.

I apologise to Squark for shotgunning him about 10 times on Cold War :p

And also to Defrag for blowing up his chopper repeatadly before he rage(slept)quit. Gave me some good practice for shooting down flarespam choppers. 8 seconds or whatever it is is just ridiculous.

It's quite alright, I was playing terribly also. Especially on the cold war map. Had no idea what was going on!

As usual it was a good laugh :)

That said I did manage a double double kill last night. I managed to chuck a grenade (by accident and I didn't know about it I might add) and then knife kill two people, then the nade went off and got Ahleckz and Pieplough. The knife kills were meant, the nade one's were a complete accident lol !! :D First I knew of the nade kills were when Pieplough went LOL. I was like ????

We were in a tank, I think your nade must have set some mines off as it was a pretty big blast!

The best game was on oasis rush mode, I really like that map.

I like the new maps, I just don't know them well enough on the whole, so I find I'm exposed a lot to flanking fire and then I'm like "where the heck did that come from" etc.
 
New maps are all great.

At first it is indeed overwhelming, especially when the enmy is not giving you 1 sec to oreintate your self to the new map.

But now that I'v played the maps a good few times, they are all really really good etc.

Cant wait for vietnam!!

It unlocks on the 18th for Pc right?

Hehe, yeah they didn't do a bad job at the final point but then it takes a truly awful team to fail at defending that one. At least you got 200 points for the Payback pin when you killed me mid sprint :p
 
Was just about to test.

Reinstalled drivers and updated my ethernet controller drivers, not sure if it'll help but I'll try
 
There are a few good servers around, but I guess its not just the server its more the people playing on that server at that time that determines how good the games are.

I hear a lot of good things about Beer drinkers from you guys.

But searching for beer or beer drinkers in the search fuction never finds anything.

Name of server?
