Monthly Bill Estimate...

Ok, I know this will vary from season to season, but I've got some key kind of questions I guess...

Next year I'll be moving out of Uni Accommodation, and there will be 4 of us in a house that we'll find...

What I'm really wondering is what the Gas/Electric/Water/Internet bills should work out as for the 4 of us per month.

As there's going to be 4 uni students, unlimited broadband is basically a necessity...

There are too many factors to consider from what you've given. I mean do you guys live like kings or rags?

On a serious note though, it should work out individually around 40-50 quid a month for your Gas, Electricity, Water and Broadband bills

All i'll say is that by all means get unlimited data but don't pay for a faster rate unless you actually need it for any reason. You'll need to keep everything as cheap as possible.

Yeah, had thought about this, wasn't going to go for anything massively quick, although probably will have a few people wanting to play online games etc... so :s not sure what speed we'll be needing really...

Doubt we'll be living like kings, but some people may want the heating on more than others :S which is a slight worry :S

But there probably will be a computer/laptop running in every room for a lot of the day...

4 people should be able to play online at the same time on 10mb easily. Just make sure that you all understand that downloading anything takes a back seat.

Broadband wise I recommend BE Unlimited. It's approximately £18 a month for up to 24MB connection with unlimited downloads. However, with that option you would need to consider a BT line (£12 a month for rental).

You could always go with Virgin but in my books, Virgin is just a big no no.
