Apple shipment tracking farce

Ordered a new MBP and some bits last Friday. It has been shipped.

According to my dispatch email, it will arrive on or before the 22nd of December.

According to the order status page, it will arrive on the 27th-28th December.

According to the "Track Shipment" page, it will arrive on the 29th December (estimated).

What do I believe?

None of them until you get the tracking information.

It will probably arrive before that.

What do you mean tracking information? A separate tracking number to use on a third-party site?

Dont believe any of it. - Just call the Apple Store and get them to update you.

I'm due a delivery tomorrow - tracking details say its still in Germany. I called Apple and they said the tracking details are incorrect and that the delivery should still be here tomorrow - So it better be
