Disgusting interview from Ben Brown, What a total ******** , implying so much biased information.

Apparently people with cerebal palsy are very dangerous and pose a serious threat to armed police officer.

I remember last time a Cerebal palsy protester took out 5 police officers and a horse.

Why is BBC News so biased, i might as well watch sky news.

Is this the student that got dumped out of his wheel chair by the police?

Oh how I laughed when I saw that that in the Telegraph at the weekend. I could help myself but laugh. I know I shouldn't, but it was just the thought of a bobby coming up to him and tipping him like a drunk cow tipping on the way home from the pub. :D

Fair questions. What's your problem?

e : also, can we just merge all the bloody student protest threads into one big EMO/HUG/FIGHT THE POWAR thread or something? It's getting terribly tiresome.

My problem is that BBC News should not be able to conduct interviews in this manner.

Ben Brown should be sacked and I will write a letter of complaint to ofcom and BBC.

The whole interview Ben Brown is diverting from the real issue, which is this young man with cerebal palsy was attacked by police officers on two occasions and one of which was dragged on a concrete floor.

Also this thread was mainly to highlight BBC awful agenda and news reporting I have been witnessing lately.

I can understand why this would happen. I don't agree with it, and it shouldn't have happened but if the interviewer is correct and he was moving towards them, perhaps with repeated pleas to stay back, then you can understand why one or two police officers may become edgy as he could have been concealing something.

Using this as an excuse to brandish all police as heavy handed is a bit unfair, I think by and large, from what I've seen on TV, most of these protests have been handled appropriately, and the violence is always instigated by the protesters. I have no sympathy for anyone who attacks a policeman.

The guy in question will probably lose his job anyway which is fair do's, and no need for the media storm surrounding it.

Pretty crappy interview though. Poor show BBC.

In which manner? Asking challenging questions which many viewers want to know the answer to?

No, he shouldn't.

Fantastic.

This is not the real issue. The real issue was the carnage inflicted by 'students' who had no understanding of a change in practise which wouldn't even affect them.

was attacked by police officers on two occasions and one of which was dragged on a concrete floor.

So why did he take so long to get legal help?

Straight question - what's your gripe here?

So my TV licence is being used to take the **** out of a person with cerebal palsy, by insulting his intelligence and everyone else by implying he had bazookas and missile launchers attached to his wheel chair ready to attack.

He put himself there and got in the polices faces with the express desire for them to take action against him so he could get this sort of attention.

They removed him from the situation for his and their own safety, doing so without causing harm or distress.

Now they put out their video and play the cripple card, it's disgusting imo, he shouldn't be taking advantage of his disability in this way.

I think the Jodie guy comes off quite well and makes the presenter look like a bit of a pleb really!

He's a highly politically motivated and apparently intelligent young person, why shouldn't he put his point across quite well? He's got a motor disability not downs.
