Not that I follow Wikileaks as there is nothing there to surprise me. Govenments and peopel of power do far worse than wikileaks could ever get proof of. However I digress.
bit odd that he *****s off the US and next thing he is wanted for charges of sexual assault. Ones instinct is to think "set up" as a mind that works as Assange's does is unlikely to be guilty of such a thing. On the other hand the conspiricy theory freak inside me thinks that were the secret services after him then he would have had an unfortunate accident that seems without question. Or am I overestimating the cunning of american secret service?
If it is a set up, then it seems a clunky way to go about it. And from what I ahve seen even if he were guilty of raping 100's of children he still would not be discredeted enough to stop wikileaks.
the otehr thing that troubles me is how do they come by thier information? Supposedly this is information one would risk ones life to get to him, in which case the rewards would need to be substancial. So where does he get the money to operate?
