Call of Duty: Black Ops

Was looking at JD_2020's Twitter last night and the amount of PS3 rage on there is scary! Glad I'm on the 360!
Can't watch those vids at work but will have a look later.
This is now even worse on the PS3 than it was before. I played MW2 on my xbox, but due to work mates not appreciating how good the xbox is for online play they only have PS3's, so I thought why the hell not eh.
What a stupid mistake it was to buy this on the ps3.. the matchmaking is ten times worse, the lag is ridiculous and worst of all this game crashes my ps3 atleast twice per session - forcing me to turn it off and on again!

Don't bother, save 10 minutes of your life. I watched it earlier, let me sum it up for you.
Parties are worse than ever, your fix made it worse, I got to play 2 full games in an hour, we have to wait another month for a fix, that's not good enough, spam the COD forums, we dont care that the xbox works, look after the rest of the community.
Rinse and repeat for 10 minutes getting angrier.
That's 10 minutes of your life I saved you old man.

I am sorry for my potty mouth last night.
I was just so wrapped up in rage from earlier in the night.
I raged quit last night , never normally do it on cod, I am well known to rage quit on FIFA , just hate playing nearly a full game then dropping to changing host then dropping to lobby
gutted the PS3 version is worse after the 1.04 patch I was hoping it would put an end to the parties being split/dropped players, host migration, connection interrupted etc errors.
I haven't even got time to test if it is actually worse. 1.03 locks up my PS3 at least once an hour and i can't be bothered to test just to have the machine lock up.
Looks like I will have to stick to Zombies until the 1.05 patch comes out.

I can understand people posting on their forums or sending a message to the community manager over twitter but sitting in front of a camera for 15 minutes whining about it is a bit over the top. Especially telling people to flood their forums, I'm sure its an issue they know about and will get sorted.

Not at all nextgentactics has a large following on youtube and as a point and unanimous voice it has spawned a large thread on the official forums (albeit the video is a bit long) hopefully instead of forming a large number of posts that one long thread will get something done quickly by 3arch/Treyarch, So as PS3 users can get "there money's worth" out of quite frankly a very broken game on the PS3 system. It reminds me of the Assassin's Creed problem that the system had when it was released.

It's weird because we are having different experiences. Of 450 games played I doubt I've had 5 games crap out when the game has actually started and a couple of those have been when pearlie has punched his xbox.
We have had host change a few times when people quit but it's been pretty seemless.
We get the lobby/party issue but it rarely takes more than two tries to get us all together and it's only a problem if your not paying attention and they start the game without you. That used to happen with MW2 as well, atleast it doesn't happen as often as when BOPs was launched. It still needs some work for the 360 but I imagine it will always happen.

It happens a lot for us Danny, dropping people, not getting in to games etc. It is becoming very annoying and really takes away the enjoyment of the game.
It's not really your place to throw around rules though is it? Which is quite funny seeing as you had a problem with people taking the post off topic and then a matter of hours later linked to a video with loads of swearing in it which is also against the rules on this site.
You need to get over the fact that this post/forum doesn't belong to you and let people post what they want in it, if it offends you, report it, if it causes a problem the mods will sort it out, as I know they have done in the past by deleting a ton of your posts....
I think last night was the first truly shocking night we've had on Black Op's. But that was more to do with the snipers and that git on the wager matches who obviously had a lag switch.

He was talking about a post I made a couple of pages back that pointed here http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/group.php which is part of the forum that you create a social group to talk about last nights games etc. Just thought it would be more suited to what's going on here instead of 2 pages appearing overnight on the main thread of just between 3 people "in jokes". I have also noticed that some posts are getting lost with update info etc due to it as some people come only to these forums and no where else. I think it would be nice to keep this thread a bit more on track and you and co could have your own super cool special thread that you can then fill up to your hearts content without even an oar from me, wouldn't that be the perfect world.

The thread title is "Call Of Duty: Black Ops", So if i'm not allowed to talk about a game I had on black ops last night in the very thread that is called "Call Of Duty: Black Ops" you want me to go and make another thread or group... could I call that "Call Of Duty: Black Ops"
I think my favourite thing about this is that even on this page there is anticonscience, Oneshot and Bevy talking about last night with not even a sniff from you. So I assume its alright as long as they are part of your little group of players? You really need to get a grip.
