looks to be a decent board. MSI make pretty good kit and generally overclock well. The unlocking is mostly if not all tied to the SB and you want a 7 series as I read the 8 series does not unlock near as well. That has a 710 SB which should do just fine.

As far as specifics on unlocking there should be a option in the bios listed as ACC or advanced core calibration. Enable it and reboot and it should work or not is my understanding but there are plenty of guides you can google to get ya through that part.
 
All I done to 'unlock' the cache on my CPU was enable ACC in the BIOS as said above.

It's literally a 30 second process... Then a matter of luck on what you do or don't unlock. :D

ive bought the whole build arriving in two days :D and did not get the msi board
i will how ever get the board when i get some money to unlock at a later time thanks for tyour help tho. :)
