Nothing wrong with that depending on circumstances.
Do you think some one should be even lockef up let alone for a long time, because soneone walked out from behind a parked car. It all depends on what happened and just because someone died does not autmaticallly mean a need a long custodial sentence.

i just cannot get my head around this. seriously this country brings me to my knees at times, i could go out and rob a television and get more than this. just reading this makes me mad!

And he got charged for it, he however did not get charged for killing someone, so aga it deoends on the circumstances and as he wasn't charged is unlikely he could have avoided her, of course I'm reading between the lines.

Pretty much disgusting, wonder if the circumstances would have been different if the father was a copper or ex-copper. Pretty sure he would have got help from his "mates" and this oxygen thief would have been taken out of existence.

Wonder if the immigration judges have **** on her grave too for good measure.

Pretty disgusting thing really, it is certainly a good example of how bad our legal system has become, made even worse by lawyers who will lie through their teeth to make a quid.

I hope the defense lawyers suffer just as badly they are just as worse as the criminal!
 
Shocking decision. Hardly suprising the amount of aslyums we take who have vast criminal records from there originating countries.
 
Read all of it and he has a kid ib the uk so not as bad as it sounds. Do you kic a farther r out, i dobt think uou can justify that in this case.
