What is this on the top right corner?

Hey peeps, I have a Dell S2409W which I bough last year from OcUK. Now for the last couple of weeks or so, there has been this black line on the top right of my screen;

Although it doesn't bother me, I was wondering if you guys could help find out what it is? I'm pretty sure they're not dead pixels, but I'm no expert!

I want to know if it's going to cause problems/get worse in the long run if I don' get it seen to?

Either some kind of crack in panel, or could be some of the casing that has fallen in somehow. Of course it might be something else entirely.

Hmm, do you think it warrants me contacting Dell for a replacement?

Like I said, it's not a problem right now, but don't want it gradually getting worse and me not being able to get it replaced.

I doubt it, that kind of thing would be classed as damage caused by the customer, not as a fault

There's no obvious signs of damage so I don't think they would. I'd be looking to get it replaced/repaired.
