Dongle

Probably a long shot, but are there any dongle type devices that I can use for some online gaming such as WoW? Im moving to a shared house and for some reason the landlord does not seem to want me to just transfer my current Virgin broadband service there.

Theres so many dongles on the market and I have no idea which would be best.

Any other ideas you have would be great too

I usually have a steady 130ms using Vodafone 3G.

Nice, how about usage? Do you get enough allowance to be able to play for long?

I would install a bandwidth meter like DUMeter and measure the amount used per hour while playing WoW.

Thanks mate. I've read few reviews with people playing on dongles no problem. Coverage does seem varied though, might pop down the local carphone warehouse to see whats good for this area.

Best not to commit to a contract before you can test the dongle at home. When I was moving I used a vodafone payg dongle and the signal varied immensely even though the two properties were less than a mile apart.
