Can this cheap build be beaten?

My brother wants me to upgrade his computer, all he wants is quad core and usb 3.0, so is this spec a pretty good deal? He is not bothered about crossfire.

Can't believe how much ram has dropped, I paid nearly 80 quid for the same 4gb about 4 months ago!

Are you sure he doesn't mean SATA3.0? which is slightly more useful?

It's definitely USB3.0 as he transfers a lot of movies from the PC to an external hard drive. I am getting him a SAMSUNG S2 USB 3.0 for xmas so he really wants usb 3.0 for his mobo.

both the same to me, actually using a MSI board right now, no loyalties here, could have picked either ASUS/GIGABYTE/EVGA/MSI, just get the best value one that does what you need from a good manufacturer.
