i won a bid on 3rd gen 32gb ipod touch but im a bit envious of the 4th gen. should i even be envy? is the 3rd still able to support the latest apps etc, should i click pay now ?

Fourth generation iPod Touch has the faster processor from the iPad & iPhone 4 (Apple A4). So it is possible that some CPU intensive apps will be only for the 4th gen iPod touch as-well as iPhone 4 & iPad.

Also I think the 4th gen iPod touch got the higher resolution screen from the iPhone 4 too.

not really.. i was happy with it being 3rd gen, but i dont appreciate subtle 2nd gen naming in places ASWELL. ive hit them up with an email, if its 3rd gen, i will pay, actually.
