'Mother cuts out the heart of her daughter, four, as she listens to recording of Koran in ritual kil

Haven't read the article, but considering it's the daily mail, they'll certainly emphasise the 'omg muslim ritual is killing children!!' rather than the fact that the mother is disgusting/ mentally ill.

It's a sickening story none the less :(

Classic case of a religious nut job :( but even thinking of what that poor little girl went through is just horrifying.

At that age, your mother is your world, her last few moments of thought must have been of utter confusion and fear.

I think its important here to separate the obvious chance to simply have a good at the religion itself and concentrate on the fact the woman has been sectioned, all religion has violent imagery in it, her inability to process what she heard and read has led to a misinterpretation in her brain of frankly epic proportions and as a result her daughter has died.
 
Terrible story in all honesty and i was waiting for someone to post it up here as i read about it this morning....looks like i wasnt disappointed:p

Seems like the woman was mentally ill from what the Daily Fail are harping on about.

But thats such a terrible thing to do...i wonder what possessed her to cut her girls heart out :/

Woman with mental health issues kills someone and focus is on the wrong cause shocker??

Lots of mentally ill people commit crimes 'based' on something, that doesn't mean that thing was actually the cause, more that it was a convenient anchor for their illness...

My comment was in jest. I got in the most obvious post before anyone else had the chance. Just so we can move past it and perhaps see if a debate could be salvaged or it was born dead.
 
Absolutely terrible but let’s not forget she must have some awful mental problems to have done something like that.

I'm so glad my imaginary friend in the sky is not as mad as theirs...

Because having an imaginary friend obviously makes you completely sane, doesn't it?

What makes me sad is, if people suddenly started getting killed by say.. Bananas, how long would it take for Bananas to get completely banned and outlawed, not long right? ****THE POINTLESS BANANA DEATHS MUST STOP!!!!!****

So I wonder how long will it take for Humanity to wake up and see how many pointless deaths, maimings and suffering is caused on the Planet by religions and decide to take action against them?

For all we know she properly killed the girl because she was mental then asking god for forgiveness from reading the Quran. This story is from the daily mail, never the less feel sorry for the little girl.
