hello ive just recieved my computer im a bit concerned as to why computer has cost the amount i payed ,without the bits i asked for i bought verso viper system with a few upgrades ,i asked for these

why have i been charged £1,098.54
also 1 of the upgrades i asked for has not been implemented i asked this over the phone and the overclocker sales this would be ok Xigmatek Utgard Midi Tower Case - Black to the build looks like they charged me but did nt actually give it to me in my build ,who do i contact/speak to with this issue .you would have at least expected a explantion if they could not deliver the correct parts ,although i must explain that the case was added to build the next day after the order was made .so my build was probably in progress .but they shouldnt have agreed it to me .oh well .
