Probably not your primary concern, but doesn't one page layouts bugger up SEO?

It can do afaik, but this isnt a finished site. Each item in the "portfolio" section is going to be a html page displayed in a modal window so it wont really be a single page site.

Also, thanks to everyone else for your input. I really appreciate getting some outside perspective on my work.

Im currently reworking the layout and taking a lot of your comments into considiration. Thanks

Hi, its a image made in photoshop. Just some solid colour with a monochromatic noise filter.
