i think i discovered a drink i like

was out at my xmas works meal / party tonight
and i was "forced" to drink jack daniels.
well! i never drink because i dont like the taste of beer but at the grand age of
36 i think i've found a drink that was rather nice.

what was your drink you discovered? and at what age?

PS: im not drunk but i did miss the toilet and end up in the bath

Did you never really fancy trying/tasting various spirits before? There's a lot of nice ones out there!

Amaretto-whiskey-vodka-coke-lemonade. Turns out that the leftovers in the cupboard can actually turn out a pretty decent drink.

Soco and lemonade...

I'm usually a spirit drinker, Vodka most of the time. Can't stand Beer/Lager/Ale/Stout.

I'm assuming you had it with coke? Can't beat a good whisky and coke combo, failing that rum is alright.
That said you can't beat a good cold premium lager on a summer day.

The first drink I ever liked was Summer fruits Cider which I first had when I was 13. I was also given an Iron bru and Blue WKD last night which were alright (currently 15). I prefer Cider though (Must be in the genes my father was raised in a pub

You'll grow out of the sugary **** alco pops in a matter of weeks lol. They end up tasting of sugar and nothing else. If you want something sweet then pre-mix vodka and lemonade/coke zero.

I love summer fruits cider too. Any of the flavoured Kopparberg Ciders are lovely!

Ah I remember the days from being 12 years old to 16 years old. Everyday without fail after school, about 30 of us used to meet up in the local park getting hammered. I used to drink 3 cans of super strength and then 3 1ltr bottles of cider (Three Hammer or White Lightening/Star?), only cost me roughly £6 a night!

Now, I can't stand the stuff and pretty much stick to my pints of John Smiths Smooth and Vodka-Redbulls!

Pear Cider, lots of Pear Cider!

Well a bottle, or two at most as that's my limit before I start feeling drunk...

Beer is nasty, same with most spirits, but then I don't like being drunk anyway so a bottle or two of Cider is plenty.
