Yes most of the Country, there's this white stuff you see that is covering most of the Country, this is affecting deliveries in most parts.

I have had very little post (letters) arrive this week, cannot really say I wanted a postman though.

mail is arriving like normal, parcels however have been arriving all over the place, some on time, some early, some on last expected day of delivery.

The small parcel post van has been, so has the postman and a large parcel van went past at lunchtime.
