New NFL Season

Hi chaps,

just noticed theres an nfl thread on here! Not many of my friends are interested so good to find new places to chat about it.

sammo62 your snaps look brilliant from your trip, too bad about the result! Only games ive been to are a few international series games. Atmosphere is probably nowhere near as good I bet.

What a terrible terrible team the Skins are.
The Pats are now 10-0 in snow games with Bill Belichick as coach
San Diego surely now in prime position to take the AFC West, Oakland out of it and KC are done without Cassel
2nd time the roof has collapsed at the Metrodome, they really need build a new stadium
San Fran still on course to sneak in to the playoffs
Packers might not make it if Rodgers fails his concussion test this week
Jets falling away in a hurry

Anyone else see this? Bleeding shameful imo and he shouldn't be sent to the stands for the rest of the regular season

Patriots v Giants Superbowl repeat this year?

Big loss for Green Bay especially as they come to New England this weekend.

Finally Brett Favre consecutive starts record ends and will stand at 297 for quite some time me thinks.

With only a couple of weeks left now in the regular season there's loads of teams that can still make the playoffs. Don't know exactly what it is now but before the weekend games it was a crazy 27/32.

Has to be the weirdest season for results that I've seen since watching from '85.

Pats vs Eagles for mine. Cant look past the Pats if you ask me, playing outstandingly.

PS: Still hope of McNabb coming to my Vikes :)

Grrrr cant bloody believe how the Giants lost to the ****ing eagles over the weekend...first half we just completely dominated them...at one point we were up by 14 pts then that dog abuser Vick decides to take the Giants apart....nice one FFS:mad:

That Patriots D is looking very very tired right now. The Giants look good right now, despite the 8 minute brain fart on Sunday.

Who do you guys think is the most overrated QB in the NFL? Personally I'd go with Brett Favre, he ought to have retired ages ago.

Oh and what an incredible end to the Eagles vs Giants game! I'm not a fan of the Giants at all, there's something about them I just can't stand, so I loved watching the end of that game.

Yea eagles had a great come back would, I live in hope that the charges choke next to games raiders make the play offs.

Mark Sanchez is the most overrated QB as its been obvious all season that Favre shouldn't have come back... again

I'd go with Sanchez also. I wouldn't say Favre was overrated but you can see his time has been and gone. It is time to defo hang up the cleats and get ready for his HoF induction.

wahey, go rams :D.

huge thanks to big mike singletary, he did a good job on their starting qb to help us along :D.

massive end of season finish next game, fingers crossed Hasselbeck isn't back in time to cause us grief :(.

nice work from bradford getting the NFL record for completions in a rookie season, like the way the rams are handling him at the moment, long may it continue :).

as for the superbowl afc i reckon new england if brady can hold them together, nfc i fancied atlanta until the wobble against new orleans, but still reckon it will be one of those 2.

Shocked at the Eagles last night, didn't see the game but I expected us to have the measure of the Vikes!

Massive night coming up, many games falling great for playoff births and divisionals.

Least of all the Packers at home to the Bears. It's on sky, ill be droping everything and armouring up for a few hours of what should be a great game.
