I really like that. I seem to remember that there was an aftermarket supplier of hardtops that created a vaguely similar profile, though clearly it would not be as effective as a pure coupe.

Z3M Coupes or what ever they're called are bit different to Z3 roadsters to be fair.

Yes, the Z3 was ****.
But the Coupe is much, much better. A bit more than 'just a roof'.

The MX-5 Coupe is really really nice, shame they didn't make more of them, problem is the 5 made its name as being a fun droptop, people simply didn't see the point if you couldn't remove the roof.

If i ever went back to a MK2 5 i'd be very interested in buying a coupe and doing a MK2.5 facelift.
