Fantastic work mate - can hardly recognise you! It's amazing what so much weight loss can do! You've managed to harden up well, and considering the amount of stretched skin you must have had, you seem to be lucky to have fairly elastic skin which has recovered from the rapid weight loss really well!

Impressive work.

But you currently have 18 inch arms???? :eek::eek::eek::eek:

That is quite impressive - as big as me! :eek: :(

Hehe, you'll find it if you really want to achieve. Get rid of the workout boosters and use that willpower to achieve.

His method is correct, the high protein-low carb diet works a treat, i'm doing it at the moment but i'm doing supersets and 30 minutes interval training and i'm losing weight and building muscle at a nice pace.

I do wonder about the accuracy of your measurements though, my chest and arms are bigger than yours.

In the first part were you exercising when you just ate protein and cut out the sweets and stuff, and if so what sort of exercising and how regularly? Don't you need carbohydrates for the energy as you said you had a low amount?

Nope, worked out all areas the same amount, oh and i have re-measured and it still stays 44 chest and 18 arms, funnily it doesnt look out of proportion though, looks all nice and even, well to a point :p

sorry bud but thats kinda silly, if you dont believe it then it makes no difference to me.
Plus you have to remember i do go to the gym about 4-5 times a week now with a very good nutrition plan, there are guys in there that have even bigger arms, 18inches isnt that big nowadays to a weight lifter.
 
I think there's a bit of envy, certainly from me (though I don't really train my arms) and I've only just got over 18" arms - though my arms are "small" for the rest of my physique.
 
Wish I had bigger arms, its the one thing on me that doesn’t grow, do suspect it may be because I hardly ever work them out though. :/ LOL
 
I'm not bothered about big arms, after power and strength. :)

Not sure what my measurements are but approx 48 chest, 28 leg, 35.5 waist, 18 neck.

If was bothered I'd train my arms more, but cannot bothered! :D

47" chest, 35" waist, 17" neck (last time I measured), 26" leg, arms 16.5".

I'm not at all bothered by who has the biggest 'gunz' but just more curious as to how 18" arms look sat next to a 44" chest. To save you getting the tape measure out surely you must have some other snaps since your weight loss?

I don't think your arms are 18" or very lean is all. Doesn't make a difference to me either :p. Still an impressive weight loss regardless of the tape measure.
