Also Religion is not Culture, in fact with most religions they are a product of a culture and not the cause of one.

Either way it is discrimination based on religion or whatever other classification you use.

this however suggests you're a bit racist. Needlessly mentioning immigrants, saying that muslims get special treatment in your fictional scenario, and finally suggesting that there's a good chance of the muslim in your fictional scenario being an extremist and making a bomb

Surely that would be Bosniak's that are muslims though? Rather than a race "Bosniak Muslims". Even then it is a particular sub-division of muslims that can be identified by race.

I disagree with this and British Law seems to disagree with it too. I would say that it is incredibly important to make the distinction between ideology that can change and inherent trait that cannot. The problem with classing a religion as the latter is it makes it more difficult to criticse. Why should religoous ideologies get greater protection than political ideologies?

Again, arguable. Religion can have a very significant impact upon culture, especially if it is imposed over the pre-existing culture. If the UK were to turn into a Sharia controlled state do you not think that would have a significant impact on the culture?

No you don't, you give the people who practice a religion from being persecuted simply because of those beliefs.

Anyone is free to criticise any religion, however treating a person differently or ascribing some kind of innate inferiority on those people who practice that religion as a whole is discrimination.

Common usage of the term Racist is perfectly acceptable in these terms.

I addressed that when you mentioned it before... It is the difference between disliking the religion, reasonable, and disliking the person because of their religion, with no other knowledge about the person, which is not reasonable, and can sensibly be classified as racism.

It is quite distinct from inciting racial hatred, although obviously racial discrimination could be the end result of racial hatred.

Bosniaks are not Bosniaks unless they are Muslim.

The problem here is that those who get called Racist are on the whole attacking a group of an ethnic or national group such as Asians or Pakistanis and their religion is secondary. They then pull out the Islam isn't a Race argument as if that justifies their bigotry.

Not really, there would have to be huge cultural upheaval for that to happen thus the culture would have to change first and not after Sharia's inception.

IMO it's the worst invention man ever came up with, no religion every ones equal no excuses's to go on crusades and cleanse people and ****. Mind you that exception to the rule is north korea, or is the north south war down to religion also?
