Thought I'd make it big so he could put it on whatever sized paper he wanted.

was reffering to mine lol i uploaded it to image shack to link here and the silly thing resized it to 1600x1200

Dont need it too big tbh, just going to print it out onto a ticket-esqe size paper.

Good idea OP, I did this for my wife when I took her to Paris (mock Eurostar tickets). Went down a treat.

Now all you need is someone with the impetus to do a decent job.
