I could easily do without if I honest.

I drink most of the time, see my family all of the time so really Its just like any other day other than you have to watch crap TV :p

Can a Poll be added please?

Yes- Love it
No - Hate it
OK I guess

Ssh, work days off are a bonus.

But no, now that I'm not a child it does nothing for me whatsoever.

I'm not Christian so don't celebrate it on a religious basis, though ironically enough having been in the choir as a child I've probably been to church far more at this time of the year than most in this country. It's just an excuse to get hammered, nothing wrong with that of course :D

family, great food

There's only two things that Christmas really needs. Good food and good company. Everything else is ****. Our family don't really buy presents because we don't buy into the commercialisation of it. There's a couple of token gifts to open, but for us it's more about getting the family round the table for a feed and a yarn.

Christmas does lose its excitement as you grow up. I'm assured it comes back once you start spending it around children again.

TBH I enjoy the excuse to do nothing.

I've been lucky I've always worked in places that close down from Christmas Eve until the New Year. I have a little more to be getting on with this year, but it's on my terms :)

Family get-togethers, great food, surprises and gifts, time off work, cool lights and decorations...adore it, if it didn't exist I would have to invent it.

It gets me through the cold miserable months, there isn't anything I don't like about it.

I like the food, drink, family & friends getting together

I hate the way such a desperate fuss is made over it though
