Arctic Cooling Freezer 13 High Performance CPU Cooler

How is this different to its predecessor? Any good motives on why should I buy this?

I got one today under the tree with my 965BE, I told my dad to get it though xD

But I was very dissapoint with it; it came broken

I've heard good from OCuK's service though, and I'm sure I just got unlucky.

The fan spun very un-evenly, and therefore made a loud churning noise. Also, I found when installing, taking the fan off if extremely difficult. EXTREMELY difficult.

None, I was inquiring for reviews from fellow members of this forum. But if I did buy this, it would be cooling my Intel core 2 duo e8500 LGA775.
