Look at the above.
And you change the RAM timings in DRAM timing configuration.
But leave it at auto, and run RAM at 1280MHZ.
A none thuban IMC struggles with 1600MHZ.
 
Right, I just want to make sure these are correct because I don't really want to brick my motherboard and CPU :p

Yes I have. I was just worried because those 3 settings are in different colours and anything a different colour to me is not good when. Am I correct in saying that it is just telling me that it is not default?

Red = Danger
Yellow = Caution
Green = Safe

Although it's a moot point as on my 1055T it goes red at less than stock volts :p
 
I currently have an 550 Unlocked to 4 core at stock speeds. Would I gain much perfomance if I upgraded to a 1055/1090 and bought a better cooler to overclock?

Saved the settings and restarted were it just hung. Didn't even post so I had to reset it myself :(

Right I have booted up fine :) All I have to do now is stress test? I will not have enough time tonight to do a 12 hour one tonight so I will do it tomorrow. Prime95 small FFT's? Is there any test I can do now that will tell me it is stable?
 
Check CPUZ, is it bang on 250 bus?
The Formula is notorious for setting it 1 higher than BIOS.
So you may be better off going into BIOS and setting it to 249 if that's the case.
