New PS3 , things i need to know ?

according to my latest google search , USB 3 drives dont work on ps3's ?

im currently tranfering files over to my usb2 passport which worked fine using the display all option

I was going to say that the PS3 wont support USB 3 as 4 years ago things were only usb 2.

I'm looking to pick up a ps3 in the sales but i literally havn't found a single decent deal.

Has anyone seen any bundle bargains?

best I have seen came from the rainforest, ‎320gb GT5 and a selected other game - 269 quid.

the drive has a sticker on it saying thats its backwards compatible with usb2 and its worked with every other usb2 device ive plugged it into

Sorry but you have missed out on some of the best. Was able to pick up a 160GB PS3 for £199.99 at the start of December from Sainsburys and also the 320GB for £197.99 from the Zavvi ebay outlet a week later.
