Haha, I remember this, I've just played the theme music down the phone to my brother without telling him what it was. He remembered instantly, asking me if I'd got the old Amiga 500 out of the loft.

Graphics were good on that but somehow it didn't click with me.

Used to love superfrog & the only thing I've played on the pc which comes near is the Jazz Jack Rabbit games.

Load of rubbish,it was never any good on the CBM 500 years ago,only reason these developers at the time made these silly games/mascots for the Amiga at the time was because of how successfull Sonic on the Megadrive was and Mario on the Snes was,they tried to make there own famous mascot like superfrog and Zool,they both sucked bigtime compared to the console competitors.....superfrog was always rubbish,character,game design and playability is not as good and never will be.

Last Ninja 4 looked a lot like Ninja Gaiden for the PS3 before it got canned, so for me Ninja Gaiden is the spritiual secessor to The Last Ninja

It never will,the CBM 64 version will always reign as the best,you can complete it now in about an hrs play,still epic music.

Another game on Arcade that was released in the same year as Last Ninja(1987) that deserves an Oscar ofr its music at the time.
