but don't buy if you expecting good combat, its more of a puzzle/avoid enemy game

its fail cos people buy games they dont really want to play but because they are cheap and they are faked into a false sense of omfg its a deal of a lifetime they will buy anyway

Bar a few stand out deals, most of them are just bringing prices rougly in line with retail prices, hardly 'giving them away'.

There are no good PC games anymore.
The sales are fail because there are no games on pc.
I'm taking a few months or more off from the PC, I find it thoroughly depressing playing on PC.

Got KOTOR.

KoToR is fantastic. Might struggle on some of the new OS' but there are workarounds.
I can see how Mass Effect came to be after playing an hour of KotoR. But I can't get in to it. I'm spoiled by the amazing production of ME that KotoR just looks and plays as if it was made decades ago. I can't get past that so I'm just watching someone else play it on a YouTube walkthrough.

I got it to play on my laptop, assuming that it would be able to handle a 7 year old game.

It was one of the reasons I ended up doing all of my Photography:Film and Video course work the week it had to be in well the 24 hours before the deadline really.
Personally I find that Kotor only really gets going after Taris (first planet), and there are mods to skip it but then you miss out a bunch of the story, and yes it is 7 years old, but if you can look past the graphics etc its still a great game imo.
Bought it early this year for the same price and have played it for a grand total of 42 minutes
