They could have knocked on the door with a knife/gun and demanded money, was her credit card missing? maybe that's why they took her and the pizza. :p

It must be someone she knows or the boyfriend if not that.

I think this is unfortunately the most likely situation.

Person known to her: "Bring the pizza round mine, we'll watch a film and open some wine"
*5 minutes later*
"I'm glad she brought that pizza, all that strangling and I'm famished!"
 
Can't see a reason for her to have left the house without keys, phone, handbag or money. Makes no sense.
Taken to golf course and dumped IMO.

What a **** thing to do though, that's her family Christmas wrecked FOREVER.
As if the heartache around that time of year wasn't enough, discovering the body on Christmas day. I wouldn't know which way to run. :(

I'm sure her soul cringes at all the testicular speculation.

As a father myself , i am most upset & moved by this tragic story , i cannot think how her parents are feeling at this point of time .

Holly Marie Wells taken from us and that scum bag Ian Kevin Huntley

My views they should bring back Capital punishment to people that murder or try to take another life , we should look at the way the US deal with this problem . You may not agree with me but it make people think before that act in this way. I hate to think what it cost us tax payers to keep Criminals ect behinds bars

The news said the bf isn't a suspect but is a witness. As soon as the story of her being missing broke last week I instantly thought "she's dead". Slightly ashamed of this but that's the first thing that occurred to me. I reckon the attacker knew her.

Dunno, isn't it normally someone on the telly appeal when it appears like this?
and where is that pizza? and why 2 shops, but only bought pizza in one of them?
Sure it will all come out in the wash, eventually, bet the cops know more than they are currently saying already.

and i feel bad for 9am Xmas walking couple who found her, just on the side of the road, covered in leaves and snow, that is so horrid for them, and I also think the killer wanted her found, so back to personal?
 
Why two shops? Well the Tesco was on her way home, perhaps she went to Waitrose but was put off by the higher prices and thought "Sod it, I'll go to Tesco and get one of their Finest range pizzas, it's next to my place anyway".
 
Or maybe Waitrose had run out of her favourite Pepperoni special but Tesco still had some adequate Pepperoni pizzas still in stock and were 13p less.
