Steam christmas sale 2010... *twitch*

Nothing for me (I think) but some good deals. Good to see Crysis going for peanuts finally.

Sim City 4 is very tempting though been looking at that for ages. Global Agernda for a fiver is looking good as well.

The Crysis Complete Pack is a good deal at £6.24. It was £15 in the summer sale. If I hadn't have bought the retail copies of Crysis and Warhead last month, I'd buy it.

Crysis Warhead was cheaper on EA Store on Xmas day and the Steam version comes with the same 5-activation limit.

I don't own either Crysis and TBH I still don't want them even for this price, they just aren't very good to play IMO.

I would have bought Doom 3 for say £2.50 but £4.99 is too much for such an old and not very good game. I have no interest in the other Doom games in the pack.

Seeing how just about every man and is dog already as Dirt 2 on steam the only other worthwhile game is Crysis Collection, Like others i'll buy it on steam to replace my boxes!

Doom Pack just for Doom III is tempting.

Also so is Crysis (which at least from the info appears to run on a variety of systems) but it comes with icky SecuROM :(

I am going to go for crysis, and possibly operation arrowhead.

If you don't already own mount and blade warband get it! It is the game I have spent the most time on this year. I am going to have to ban myself from it now so I can get into some of the games I have got in the sale.

Way ahead of you, I sold mine for £15 last week (max edition)

Hmm might just keep my retail crysis after all

just been reading up and it seems the steam version of Crysis has a 5 machine activation limit with no revoke possible

£2.49 to save me hunting for a cd is well worth it for such a great game. I managed to get Warhead from EA not so long back.

But for anyone with doubts, the Crysis complete pack is a monster deal, unless of course you enjoy having your hand held and funnelled around small maps with lots of dramatic scripted events?

Which is all well and good, but not what Crysis is about, it's about putting on the hardest setting and seeing how many koreans you beat to death with your fists, or throw to their broken bodied doom. Or the infamous stealth then death by crockery? I'm sure most of us can even run the game to a decent degree now.

Do it!

Don't the activations refresh each month? I think I've installed it more than 5 times on my machine after rebuilds, and played it each time.
