If you are unable to manage more than 10 mins of exercise at home now, what help would any advice be?
You need to be more motivated, simple.

Why cant you get out of the house? (not that you need to).

Move more. If like you say you don't eat a lot of bad food, and probably don't eat a lot anyway if you play WoW a lot then all you need to do is move more.

You haven't got to go to the gym to exercise. Just go for a walk for 45-60 minutes at a reasonable pace.

It'll do you good to see the sun.

Wasting your time doing sit-ups. You can't spot reduce fat of your stomach like that. You could do some circuit style exercise at home. E.g lunges, press ups, step ups, hip raises, supermans one after another. Google home circuits.

A long walk with decent pace will suffice. You might not be a fan of running or have the correct shoes. Just saying that running isn't the only option. Cycling too, I'm sure would be much more enjoyable providing you have a bike.

Why cant you leave the house ? I dont mean to sound condescending but is it a physical or psychological issue ?

Anyway In my own personal experience excercising at home (or promising yourself too ) Is for me at least a big no no.
I am the same as you and need to lose some excess padding around the middle, But after buying myself some excercise equipment and creating an online training schedule etc it all lead to just a big fail.
Getting motivated whilst at home is very very difficult
My best advise is to get off the sofa / computer chair and get down to your local gym.

Who knows you may even enjoy it and plus you get the added bonus of checking out the lycra clad talent :)

skipping ropes - £4

can be done in your back garden, if your house isn't big enough. just do a boxing circuit, 3 minutes of skipping, 1 minute rest, repeat until skinny.
