I would like to apologise to the staff at OcUK.

I had to purchase an item from a competitor. Purely because you do not have it :( (The 700D). My buying experience was poor, the website awful, and the purchased emails have still not been received.

This will hopefully never happen again. Please forgive me!
 
I don't see the problem if it isn't stocked at OcUK :confused:

I bought a packet of space raiders earlier on from the corner shop. Off with my head!? :D

recently bought samsung BX2450 monitor elsewhere as you don't stock it. :(

hint, hint, nudge, nudge ocuk, this is a very, very popular model and a great performer. countless forumers have made purchases recently and it is highly endorsed by lots of well respected contributors. definitely worth considering! :p

I've had to buy a few things from competitors due to problems similar to the op's, but never have I had as good customer service as I have had from OcUK :)
