A cheap AM3 motherboard

Hi,
Im just looking at some motherboards.

Hoping to spend about £50 but may go up to £70

Bit confused as to what I can get away with

Hoping to run an AMD Athlon x4 and overclock it to about 3500, using ddr3 1600mhz ram

I saw the MSI 870 c45 770 and was wondering if these are any good and will run a good OC?

Or do I need to be looking at the 880 like the ASUS m488t evo?

Cheers man. Not too bothered about extra connectivity as i have no usb3 or sata drives. Good to know they both OC well though.
