5 hours from London to North Wales, man the UK is small. Really take a plane, you will have like a 30 minute trip both ways.

By the time you add on security and stuff at each end it's probably close to 5 hours anyway. Plus North Wales isnt known for its airports!

Train is good, about 4 hours but it can be cheap. We paid £10 each way from North wales to london and the same to come back on wrexham shropshire.

Airport in hawarden http://www.chesterairport.co.uk/ but not sure how its used.

We've got a runway attached to a factory, although it mostly has planes landing to pick up parts of other planes :/
