Steam christmas sale 2010... *twitch*

Is Half Life Episode 2 worth the 2.99?

I ask as I played HL2 right through and loved it to bits, then found Episode 1 to be very dull indeed; I'm still stuck in the underground car park where you have to wander around in the dark for hours looking for exits...

That's where I gave up on Ep1, too.

SC2 or one of the C&C3 games (or neither?)? Not played C&C since the original RA - whats the genre leader nowadays?

ps3ud0

I really want to get into this sale, but i kind of don't have the time and i already have a backlog that i need to clear. grrrr.

I bought Far Cry pack, Blood Money and Stalker pack, all of which I owned on disc already :o

Nothing for me in this one! Atm im just collecting games... which i will never play just like the 100+ games on Steam

I only buy the main ones, gta4 last year and then lf4d2 which I played more then I thought possible for such a short game and now bc2. bc2 has a flame thrower, thats all I needed :o

Am I the only person who compulsively has to complete one game before allowing myself to move onto the next?

...which is good and bad. Good because it means I play all my games. Bad because if there's something I really want to play, I have to finish what I'm already playing before i can move onto it otherwise it gives me major stress lol

I wish I was a bit more like this.

I actually like it when games are short, otherwise I'd never finish them!

I'm doing that at the moment, I've my Steam list split into played, not played and casual. My not played list has approximately sixty or so items in it....

Neither, in both cases their predecessors are far superior in nearly every way bar graphics in C&C's case.

Anyone any opinions on the Lucasarts Adventure Pack? (Indianna Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, Indianna Jones and the Last Crusade, Loom and The Dig)

I've decided to stop buying things on Steam now. I have more games than I could play in a life time.

still got some from last xmas sale untouched !!!

i buy all the games I fancy but no longer have the time to play them and I do this on PS3 and the wii (not so much now days) I just need couple of months with no work and no kids , lol .

Played Farcry2 before and enjoyed it although the respawning checkpoints became a bit tedious. Graphics and lighting superb though. At £2.** it's worth picking up again I think - buying.

Will AvP get cheaper than £11? Hmmm, might wait a few days to see
