At decent fps? Want to put a half decent card in my old pc (well still qx9650) before I give it t someone currently doesn't have a card in it. Must run black ops etc to a decent standard don't need to max out settings.

Cheers

I tend to think a HD5750 would be enough for your needs (well for most peoples needs if the truth be told, just look at the reviews, just because its the lower part of the mid range doesn't mean it's a slouch) all the way up to 1080p resolution.

Not really...even BFBC2 will bring the 5750 to its knees with 1920 res 4xAA 16xAF.

I would say the GTX460/6850 should be the minimum.

he said he didnt really need to max out settings . a 5770 at below £100 now or consider 2nd hand . what is your budget and res

i dont think id like to put a £160 card in my old pc then give it away lol hell not even a £100 card but thats just me lol

If your gaming at 1920x1200, nothing less than a 5850 or a GTX 460 will do....

They give a nice balance, of power IQ and price....

I say this with respect to DX11 games and future compatibility...

Res will be 1680x1050. £80 would be perfect. Yes was thinkin 460 but didn't want to spend £100 then give it away :)
Cheers
