Probably just some chinese rip off brand, I bet you the card wouldn't even last more then 6 months.

gtx 460 with a fancy cooler.

Why not? It looks to be a reference board, so it's not like it'll have any worse reliability than anyone else - the GPU itself is the same too...

The only major differences will be how well the monstrosity of a cooler copes (should be quite cool running judging by the size) and how good the company's RMA process is...
 
whats with the connector on the wire...... thats novel if its for the pci-e power connector.

after looking in to it a bit more ...it is in fact the pci-e power connector ....or more likely just an extension.

Why? Colorful are one of the largest manufacturers of graphics cards - just you don't see them over here as they are pretty much exclusively for the Asian market.

And grow up - just because the cooler is 'ugly' the card becomes ****e? It's still a GF110 core manufactured by TSMC, the same as in any GTX460, with the same bits and pieces throughout...
