3 10yr old pregnant every year !!!

The girl pregnant is to be blamed unless she was raped.

It is classed as Rape (legally) if she is 11 or under regardless if consent was given.

Edit: What I am saying is that these girls were all raped to become pregnant....

Rape in the eyes of the law, but not in the same way as anyone who was actually raped.

You're a great example of why some people lack sex education. It's apparent that you do not realise the final decision for someone to become pregnant comes from a female.

How the hell do you work that out? Could you not say it's down to the fella not pulling out in time? Or are you going to suggest that 10 year olds go for the morning after pill or abortions?

And how the hell do you propose to explain that, even if it were true, to a ten year who isn't even aware of what is happening to them?

This.

Consent can't be given because they're not of an age where they can legally give consent.

If a 10 year old did it because she wanted to then it's most likely because she has been influenced by someone else anyway. Someone that age can't even grasp the concept of what having sex means.

It's rape in my eyes.

Could be the female doing the raping :)

Although I know your comment was tongue-in-cheek, Women cannot rape anyone as they lack the necessary "tools" to do the raping. They can be convicted of sexual assault however...

Scottish Laws have changed on 1st Dec 2010 to now term sodomy (male on male) as Rape and rightly so.... Rape (in Scotland) now also includes penetration of mouth or anus with a male's penis whereas it was just penetration of a woman's vagina before....

It is also now a Statutory Offence as opposed to Common Law.

Not sure how it stands in England/Wales... I am sure VS or someone will assist there.

Not sure what the actual law is on woman on man rape, but it is possible, sort of.

Hilarious, an example from an example.

Do you have evidence to suggest she was not aware of the consequences? Assume you don't. How about simply not participating in sexual activities, surely as I've been trying to tell you, it's her decision.
