T-Mobile Internet booster

T-Mobile has an internet booster available for sim-only and other contracts.

Can anyone tell me if this is unlimited or is there a fixed amount of data. I just can't find it anywhere.

i read in there fair usage terms that if you go over your allowed data which i think is 1gig for internet booster they just restrict the data you use depending how much you go over your allowed data.

from t-mobile terms-

*This booster comes with a fair use policy of 1GB a month. We'll monitor how much you send and receive each calendar month so that we can protect our network for all our customers. If you use more than your fair use policy amount, we won't charge you any more, but we may restrict how you can use your booster, depending on how often you go over your amount and by how much

Just a word of advice.. If you top up pay as you go with £20 and text Tmobile a number (sorry cant remember it, its on the net somewhere) you'll get 6 months 'unlimited' internet - best deal out there imo.

the flexible boosters are good though where you can change them every month if you wish , i really think i will make use of the boosters , i would proberly use internet , international calls the most!

do other providers offer the same type of thing with boosters?

Other providers do things like boosters but i think you usually pay for them like £5 per month.

If you are getting an Android phone on T-Mobile the contracts include a 3GB per month data allowance and then you get to select another booster.

I will be using an Android phone, but it one i already own, hence going for a SIM only deal. Would they still give me 3GB do you reckon?
