Can you turn the PS3 off during championships?

I don't have the time to sit down for 2 hours to do the formula gran turismo set of races in one go.

If not my progress is pretty halted :(
 
Didn't bother buying the ZR1 in the end for Like the Wind. Managed to do it with the Zonda F that I won on B-Spec. Was pretty easy actually. Then smoked the All Stars race with the Minotta thing I won from Like the Wind. Pretty happy :)

Just grinding my B-Spec up for a bit now as it's only on level 17.

Zonda R? Might try that tonight, been waiting for T7, but if that worked then perfect:)
 
Sorry Zonda R yer. Max it with around 900 odd bhp and daytonas easy. Indi took a couple of goes but did it, max the rear downforce and set your gears to 236 or maybe a touch higher. :)

I've decided to bite the bullet* and get at least the fuzzing CR-Z event done before it disappears, how in the flying fump do I get it to 1100kg? Carbon bonnet -5, windows -10 overall 1115. Stage one w/red alone takes it under the 1100kg.

My setup, if anyone is interested:

Carbon bonnet, window w/red, rigidity improvement, race flywheel, race clutch, LSD, sports air filter, fully custom susp, fully custom transm
Brakes Front: 4 Rear: 5
Ride height: Front: -5 Rear: -5
Spring rate: 5.0, 5.8 (standard)
Dampers: 6,6,6,6
Antiroll: 5,5
Transm: Max Speed: 118
LSD: standard

A Blitz ER34 D1 '04 Spec Skyline just appeared in 2nd hand, and when the car selection screen came up, it had blue light coming out of the front of the car. The light appeared to be under the bonnet and was coming out of the grill and vents.
Unexpected.
Stuck it on practice, couldnt see any of that light tho, couldnt put the lights on either, stuck damage on heavy, went into a wall, and screwed up my front right wheel.
 
lol, I noticed that too, bought the car because it was fun to drive in prologue, not even driven it yet, was a bit put off when I saw the rice lights.
speaking of blue lights, why the duck don't the blue lights on my skyline pace car work?!
 
See how many opponents you can force into the pits, knock off the track, fastest lap in reverse.. a few games to keep you entertained ;)

yeah he's lapping at 2.36.6 left on his own if i force him to drive faster he can hit the low 2.30's he's a bit weak sauce tho and won't floor it on the main straight keeps his revs around 14.000 in 6th gear for love nor money he never shifts into 7th quite annoying really

I not surprised, its impossible to go flat out without lifting the suspension, which you can't do on the X2010 because that would stop the ground effects working

is that because of the bumpiness of the road on de la sarths main straights?

my veyron managed 276MPH down the main straight
 
ah yes, the all conquering X-2010, foiled by a few bumps :D
Not looking forward to even b-specing the 24hrs (means I can't play for 24hrs!).. my god.. on A-Spec.. why!?
I was doing the going-backwards thing on the broody mx-5 endurance event. Parked it up on an escape road, put the corner of my laptop on the controller to wedge the handbrake on (although I think it locks if you hold it for a few seconds?) and went for a smoke.
Do not like endurance races, but need the points so my fully customisable suspension is actually fully customisable (lvl 30?)
