Does OCUK have an offical youtube channel?

hey guys,

I'm curious if OCUK has a youtube channel or not. If they don't it will be a good marketing strategy to have one. Product reviews and stuff like that will be awesome.
 
would be a fair bit of extra work and what are the chances people would buy from the links in the reviews ? i never have.

well personally I have, from still images and just plain text on a web page is not gonna help much is it? Observing the video will dish out masses of information about the product to the viewers.
 
If they pull it off as well as TTL has done, it could be a great idea! :)

That said, I hope there will be regular reviews posted weekly :p
 
I would be happy to review some products for OcUK on video as long as they let me keep some every so often :p :D
 
I'd like to see the custom built shop PCs in a time lapse build video / demo.

Just 30 seconds of sped up build, plus a quick tour of the specs and a "buy it now" link. Reviews tend to get on my nerves and come across cheesy.

I used to watch his videos all the time. Then he started to tell jokes...no review...just a joke.
Lost all hope in his videos and even though I'm subscribed I never seem to notice his amazing reviews anymore. :(
 
Great idea. :) Have often wondered this myself, maybe it's something they will consider for the future.

Re : 3DGamerman, I still like watching his review and Q&A vids but I do sometimes find the video card reviews a bit repetative.
 
i'm still not convinced about reviewing a product, who is going to buy stuff you give a bad review to ?

but saying that ....if they didn't tell people if it was good or bad and just pointed out the features a product has and what it can do(or supposed to do)....maybe they could even link all the products to the page to the video.
 
What about OCUK's UK based competitor who does the same and has a hot girl basically showing the product features?

I think it would go down rather well :P

That's a great idea, product video reviews are everywhere, but this would be OcUK specific, with some close up, shallow DoF snippets of the hardware, make it look awesome.
