Customer service forum - thread titles

It seems that the thread titles of customer service threads are still shown on user profiles, e.g. as their last thread. Just seen one titled with the words RMA and Ram and no access when clicked, I think it's fair to assume its in the Customer Service forums.

Yeah... it's not much information but I guess we shouldn't be able to see any thread title from that forum.

Anyone else noticed this?

Yeah, I've noticed this. Some people also put order numbers etc in the titles.

If you view my profile can you see the titles? - I post in that section a lot. I suppose seeing the thread title doesn't really matter.

Yeah that was the main worry. "RMA please" doesn't give away much useful information

To be honest from looking at the titles, it doesn't matter that much if people see them. No one has been using personal information or anything that doesn't need to be seen. I guess as long as the topic/post is hidden that is fine, the thread titles shouldn't be a problem, or they haven't been yet.
